Returns & Exchanges 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 

$7 will be deducted on all returns made within 30 days. Please contact for your label and further information. 

Please note:

    • All returns made within 30 days are to include a $7 deductible. 
    • All returned items must have all original tags attached and in sellable condition. We do not accept returns for worn, washed, altered, or damaged items.
    • Items marked FINAL SALE at the time of purchase are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges. We’re also unable to accept returns and exchanges for Bailey 44, Sundry, Stateside or DSTLD items purchased from other retailers or websites. 
    • Please allow 30 business days for returns to be processed for a full refund of the purchase price and taxes minus exchanges and original shipping charges.
    • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged by carrier in transit.
    • Please note, items purchased from 50% to 70% off are final sale, no exchanges or returns permitted

If you choose to ship your item/s back using your own shipping label outside of our automated portal:

  • We do not refund any return shipping costs and we are not responsible for items lost or damaged by carrier in transit.
  • We cannot guarantee standard processing time.
    • Please note: if your item is FINAL SALE or the order is outside of the 30-day return window, you will not be able to process a return.
    • Confirm your shipping address and select “Complete”.
    • A prepaid shipping label will then be generated and sent via email for you to print.

      Please note: Use only our prepaid shipping label so we are able to track your return package and for faster processing in our warehouse.

    • Tape the label to your package and drop off at the appropriate shipping carrier. 



        What happens if my return gets lost or damaged in the mail?

        You must make claims for packages lost or damaged in transit directly with the shipping carrier. Bailey 44 is not responsible for reimbursement for shipping or delivery delays due to forces outside of our control (e.g., weather, lost or damaged in transit). 

        We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the return condition requirements listed above.

        Can I apply promo codes or offers to previous or future orders? 

        Promo codes cannot be applied to previous or future orders. If a promo code is not redeemed at the time the order is completed, that order will not be eligible for the discount.
